Returns are allowed within 14 days from the date it was delivered to your shipping address on the Invoice. Kindly send us a email and depending the reason we can exchange the product or refund your money back (except shipping costs) once we receive the product and determine if product is acceptable to be refunded. If for some reason a refund cannot be issued then we will communicate with you our reasoning. I will always strive to make you happy with your purchase.
